Coaching / Workshops

I am a qualified level 2 counsellor, a life couch and a foot coach. I tend to incorporate this training into all my treatments as and where needed.  I also build them into my workshops and spiritual coaching.

I have a wonderful space in which to facilitate workshops called the Sage Room. This is a separate building in my garden and has its own small kitchen and bathroom.
