In the event that you are unable to make the appointment.
24 hours cancelation notice is required otherwise you will be charged for the full treatment/workshop.
If you are sick (especially related to COVID-19 symptoms) it is best to re-schedule, please. Obviously, there are circumstances outside our control and timescales, and these will be considered on a case by case basis Upon cancelation, you may re-schedule or request a refund.

If for any reason I need to cancel, I will give as much notice as possible and offer a refund or re-schedule option.
